Greetings and thank you for looking at this watch. We are a 5-star seller with hundreds of watches sold.

Presenting a stunning Rolex Submariner reference: 16610.

This timepiece is from 2002 with the papers registering the sale in 2003. It is a ‘Y’ serial.
The watch is in very nice condition and complete with its box, hang tags, booklet, original punched Rolex warranty/guarantee paper, spare link.
First sold through Hong Kong as per the papers and the 888 country code stamp.
The watch is perfect working order **serviced in March 2023**.

This sought after classic has a nice vintage feel to it but still maintains the solidity of a modern luxury sports watch.
It is an icon of its age where you can enjoy the best of both worlds – a tank tuff sports watch coupled with the luxury of the Rolex brand – because disguised over a military grade, utility tool watch, you have a classic, great looking gentleman’s watch.

Rolex designed and developed the Submariner in 1953 and was introduced to the world at Basel Watch Fair 1954.
The 16610 was first introduced in 1989 and discontinued in 2010 and many collectors prefer the dimensions of the 16610 to the newer sized models in terms of proportions and appearance.
This watch is considered to be more ‘wearable’ by many super-fans than the “super case” and new 41mm releases as it has a slimmer profile and with the collector’s favourite aluminium bezel which is highly desirable, and it also has the drilled lugs for easy strap swaps and that cool ‘tool-watch’ feature.
This transitional model is one of the last of its kind as these holes were removed from the range following year (Z series).

This stainless steel Submariner considered by many devotees as ‘the last of the best’ as it was in 2008 when Rolex rolled out the Super Case to its Submariner range and the slimline model because a sought after thing of desire.

This is truly a luxurious instrument for the adventurous explorer who appreciates fine objects.

If you are after a genuinely dual-purpose watch, this is the ultimate hybrid that exudes the perfect balance of love for adventure and luxury! A ‘do it all’ watch that is a perfect balance of formal watch charm with tool-watch roots and could, potentially be your ONLY watch.
