Greetings from Prestige Watches UK. We are a 5-star seller on both Chrono24 and Trustpilot with hundreds of watches sold.

Presenting a RARE, stunning YEMA 35mm ‘jump hour’ rotating disc watch.

This is a real collectors timepiece that any vintage Yema fan MUST have.

This watch was born some time in the 70’s and is in great condition, perfect working order and looks fantastic. This is a quirky collectors watch that is packed full of character, charisma and personality!

No original box or papers but nice collectors wooden box is provided (see pictures).

Quick message from the seller.

“Here at Prestige Watches UK we believe a watch is far more than just a simple teller of time. It is a real-life companion that will emote feelings of happiness and joy through your life journey.

It is a mechanical life form that has spirit and personality and will inspire, motivate and generate positive energy from within.

If one day gifted to that special ‘someone’, a treasured watch will pass sentiment and meaning to the hands of others like few other gifts can achieve”

Our mission here at Prestige Watches is to spread ‘Watch Happiness’ around the world and promote the feelings of joy that come with buying a new watch.

-end-

The jump-hour timepiece dates back to the 19th century, and most modern versions are based on a function patented for the pocket watch by the Austrian engineer Josef Pallweber in 1883. Unlike a traditional watch, which has a sweeping hour hand, Pallweber’s innovation featured a numbered disc in an aperture that “jumped” to the next hour after sixty minutes.

This Yema digital jump hour mechanical watch is in very good condition for its age both cosmetically and in working order.

It features time and date as numerical digital read out and also has a very quirky red second hand that sweeps around the outer edge of the dial. This feature makes all the charm of this vintage watch with the aesthetic aspect of a contemporary watch.

This watch is a real conversation piece.

The case is in good shape with some minor markings from daily wear.

The dial is impeccable as is the mineral crystal.

YEMA, French manual wind movement that runs well and is keeping good time
