Prestige Watches is a trading entity of Bustamante & Co Ltd


New / Unworn watches come with original brand warranties, Availability and delivery times will be quoted separately for each watch within the listing.

Pre-owned watches are all second hand/used and in varying conditions shown with macro images on our website.  We can also send you a video of the watch upon request. All watches are checked by our specialist horologist and come with a 6-month warranty (unless otherwise stated). The watch movement is covered under this warranty however this does not apply to any inappropriate damage caused while in your ownership by mistreatment of your watch. The warranty does not cover damage to bracelets, cases, crystals/glasses, or damage arising from use in water. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Our Prestige Watches warranty is not transferable. Where possible we can adjust any bracelets to fit your wrist before postage. Please kindly let us know your wrist size in centimetres or inches and we will make any appropriate changes including any spare links with your watch. We can also obtain additional links that are subject to additional costs. All our watches are fully authenticated by our watch specialist before advertisement and all watches are offered in full working condition unless clearly specified.


We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you need to return your item because of a fault in the watch, we offer a 7-day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend that you do thorough research on the watch you are buying before making the purchase to be sure you are fully satisfied that you like/want the specific watch and its style before buying.  We may not refund a watch for reasons such as it being too big/small for your wrist, being too light/heavy, shiny, etc.  Please act professionally and responsibly in doing your watch due diligence in advance.

Check specifics such as the case diameter, the watch depth (thickness) including crystal, the lug width, the weight, the watch finishing (polished, brushed, satin), the weight of the watch, the strap / bracelet closing mechanism (deployant, buckle, fold over, push release, friction grip etc). There is a vast amount of watch review information on the internet both in written and video form.  Please be sure you are well informed about the watch you are buying before ordering. We will happily consult you on your choice and are happy to answer all questions on the watch you are interested in based on your wrist size, your style, price retention and so on.

All returns must be consulted with Prestige Watches beforehand and include a returns reference which should be included with the item prior to being sent back. Items must be returned in their original “as sold” condition. Items which are sold with taga, must be returned with the tag still attached to the item. If the tag is removed from the item or if the tag is damaged, the item cannot be returned under this return policy. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house expert (e.g. watchmakers for watches) to verify and confirm the original “as sold” condition of such item. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. Prestige Watches will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.

Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be sent fully insured.

Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Should you return a watch to us by post or courier or any other means, you must take full responsibility for the safe return/ arrival of the watch to our offices.  Should a watch be mis-delivered or lost in transit, this is your responsibility, and we will not be able to refund your watch. You will need to seek compensation from your insurance or the delivery company,

Making a purchase could not be easier. Please browse the online catalogue, select the item in which you are interested in and contact us. You can also contact us via online chat (such as WhatsApp) phone or email. We will provide you with the full cost including delivery.

We will then send you an invoice for you to make payment.  We will need your full name and address in order to create the invoice.  We will also ask you for some form of official identification such as driver’s license (with photo ID) or a passport.  We may also ask you for proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

We only accept payment via bank transfer (wire transfer).  This is for our security and for your safety.  We do not offer any credit or financing. Nor do we accept cash, credit card or PayPal payments.


By submitting your item for sale to or through Prestige Watches you guarantee that your item is free from finance, theft, and is guaranteed authentic. We reserve the right to have any item checked by experts and reserve the right to return it to you and request full refund should these terms not be met.


All watches are sent DDU via DHL express door to door delivery. It is a fast and fully trackable service.


If you are based outside the UK, you may have to pay import or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. While we are not liable for these additional charges and have no control over them, we do encourage clients to research these prior to purchasing items from us. We will make a full value disclosure, where required, on all items sent overseas and this is required to ensure proper insurance cover in sending valuable items. If you are unsure about whether these charges apply, you should contact your local tax or customs office for further information.

International (non-UK) clients are be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. We are unable to waive these charges and they must be paid to the courier company or your local customs in order for you to receive your item. Rates are dependent on the country / State of residence, so please contact your local customs authority for detailed information.

DDU = Delivery with Duty Unpaid. This means the importer / receiver of the watch is responsible to pay any Sales Tax or duties to customs or the courier company to release the goods from customs


We offer a next day delivery service for all UK orders placed before 12pm and full / cleared funds are received. If your order is placed after this time, or during the weekend, your item(s) will be dispatched on the nearest working day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature in order to be delivered and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch. We also offer a same day delivery options for an extra cost, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

UK shipping is provided by DHL Express or Royal Mail Guaranteed / Signed For and international shipping is provided by DHL Express. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers or freight forwarding companies.


If your order is placed before 12pm (GMT) and full payment (cleared funds) is received into our bank account, your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible (1-4 days depending on your location), but in rare cases, local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. We will notify you of any delays where possible and a tracking number will be sent to you on the day of dispatch.

Collect your purchase in person at our office in Kings Langley Hertfordshire.

Collections can be made by appointment only during our opening hours. Please note, photo ID and proof of purchase will be required for collection.


All of our items are fully insured whilst in transit. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing or does not arrive on time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
